Google has Calculated life of Universe. Is it End of the World?

Hello readers, I was surfing freely in google. Then I came across with a google calculator that calculated "answer to life the universe and everything" = 42. Funny huh. But My question is that why 42? Google mean to say value of life 42 or our life should end at 42? Or is it related to 2012? May be google wants to calculate it this way after 42 years we will understand all about life and that will be the end of the world. How you can do this?
